Combining our industrial-grade BiG400 racking with our Value Pick Bins at a great value price
Suitable for the factory, the commercial workshop or for assembly and repair applications, the BiG400 racking is easy to assemble, fully adjustable and can hold loads of up to 400kg UDL* on each chipboard shelf. Finished in powder-coated blue and high visibility orange, the profiled steel beams simply tap together to create a strong, robust structure suitable for both intensive commercial use and industrial-weight loads.
Three 15mm-thick chipboard shelves sit on top of the beams and flush inside the protecting steel uprights. This enhances the overall strength and rigidity of the racking and gives the bay a neat, snag-free finish.
The Picking Bin Kit includes our custom-fitting Value Pick Bins. Manufactured from twin-wall, fluted polypropylene, the stackable bins can be used in either the racking bay or as a stand-alone picking wall. They are available in two sizes and supplied flat-packed.

- SPBK2 contains 20x SPB643 value pick bins (pick face opening - 235h x 295w mm)
- SPBK3 contains 20x SPB642 value pick bins (pick face opening - 140h x 295w mm) & 10x SPB643 value pick bins (pick face opening - 235h x 295w mm)
- Additional Pick Bins, tie plates and wall brackets are all available separately
- Correx Pick Bins are manufactured from multi-use, recyclable polypropylene-based plastic sheet
