The arc flash hood permits the user to work at live parts or in the vicinity of live parts without requirements for head protection (falling objects). 

A clever feature of this product is that the neck protection flap protects the visor from scratches and is secured with a velcro patch in storage. 

  • Arc flash tested according to ASTM F2178, ATPV: 25.0 cal/cm²
  • Arc flash tested according to DGUV GS-ET-29, class 2 318 kJ 
  • Additional tested with a higher test level W(LBP)= 395 kJ EN 166 8, "personal eye-protection requirement"
