The products are suitable for storage in the freezer or refrigerator, and can be heated in hot water or in microwave. Knead to distribute heat evenly! Always insert gel compress in the supplied cover or clean towel, when applying to the skin. Now you can choose yourself proper temperature respectively to body part and your skin sensitivity during hot therapy. Thermo indicator brings an information on temperature range during heating. The black colour stripes disappear progressively when heating. 3 levels LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH of temperature appear in red colour on thermo indicator.
