The 2023 edition of the Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (commonly known as the ADR) will be released shortly. As of 2020 some 52 states are party to the ADR, which governs international requirements and procedures for training and safety obligations of the transportation of dangerous goods by road.
This spiral bound version is easy to use as it opens flat – ideal for trainers and regular users of the ADR.
Annex A: General provisions and provisions concerning dangerous articles and substances, in particular, packaging and labelling.
Annex B: Provisions concerning transport equipment and transport operations, in particular, construction, equipment and operation of the vehicle carrying the goods in question.
ADR 2023 applies from 1st January, with a six month transition period before full implementation becomes mandatory in all Treaty States.
