The EVOLite is a breakthrough product enabling Health and Safety Officers to achieve new levels of compliance. It is lightweight, extremely comfortable, and fits the widest range of head shapes and sizes. The harness and shell are truly integrated as one to give the best performance by keeping it firmly rooted on the head, even when fully inverted. Gives added security and protection when working at height, in high winds, or when there is a high degree of activity, such as during motorway maintenance.

- Passes LD (Lateral Deformation) EN397 test option.
- A 6-point terylene cradle harness system offers unrivalled comfort without compromising performance.
- Egyptian cotton core with porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. PH neutral, dermatologically tested.
- Never before has such a precise fit been attainable on an industrial safety helmet, using the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings.
- The un-vented version meets EN 50365 Class 0 10KV standard. This standard is applicable to electrically insulated helmets used for working live or close to live parts on installations not exceeding 1000Vac or 1500Vdc.
- OneTouch Slip Ratchet.
- Enables firm fitting of a range of Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders. Also compatible with EVOGuard® Range of Products.

PLEASE NOTE: All JSP helmets are recommended for use within 10 years of manufacture. Safety hard hats have a shelf life of up to five years if stored in appropriate conditions (protected from extreme temperatures, moisture, and light). Once they are put into use, they have a recommended maximum lifespan of five years, provided they are properly maintained and inspected regularly. However, JSP does not recommend using any head protection beyond ten years from the date of manufacture. Receiving a helmet manufactured one or two years ago is completely normal, as helmets are produced in batches and not on demand like perishable goods. For safety, always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for inspection, maintenance, and timely replacement. Please refer to the guidance provided by manufacturer in Useful Documents section.
