Single Sump Pump Unit
The Delta V3 Single Pump & Sump Unit is designed to collect groundwater from a cavity drainage membrane system.

Groundwater enters via the membrane system and basement drainage channels and collects through the top opening of the sump or via the side of the unit (cut onsite to suit environment). The water is then pumped by a float-activated submersible pump to mains drainage or another suitable outlet. 

This basement pump station can also collect grey water from sinks, showers, washing machines and dishwashers. If you want to remove foul water from a toilet then you will need the Delta V3 Sump Pump for Foul Water.

This pump station would be selected where no running water is present or expected and therefore is for protection only, i.e. for non-perishable areas.

Sump Pump Installation
The Delta V3 Single Sump Unit has been designed with ease of installation in mind. There are no specialist tools or skills required to install and all relevant internal adaptors are supplied.

The sump unit is delivered to site with all internal pipe work pre-installed. Only a simple screw-on fitting is necessary to connect the pump. The unit is lowered into the excavation and all pipe work and cable duct connections are made.

The pump station is filled with water to prevent flotation then back filled with 100mm concrete around the sump to form part of the floor slab. An access cover (not supplied) is set over the sump for maintenance purposes.

All the necessary adaptors are supplied to make it compatible with all pipework types.
