The EVO®5 Olympus® Vented safety helmet combines a super strong ABS shell designed for superior all day protection with the comfort benefits of the Evolution® 3D-Adjustment™ harness system. This helmet passes all relevant industrial international standards.

- Textile Harness: A 6 point Terylene cradle harness system & Egyptian cotton Chamlon™ sweat band offers unrivalled comfort. 3D adjustment offers 1-2-3 point harness depth settings for a perfect fit
- EVOSpec®: Integrated eyeshield that removes the need for additional eye protection and ensures that eye protection is on hand when needed and never lost.

- 3D Adjustment: Both the textile and polyethylene harnesses feature unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings. This offers the most precise fit attainable on an industrial safety helmet.
PLEASE NOTE: All JSP helmets are recommended for use within 10 years of manufacture. Safety hard hats have a shelf life of up to five years if stored in appropriate conditions (protected from extreme temperatures, moisture, and light). Once they are put into use, they have a recommended maximum lifespan of five years, provided they are properly maintained and inspected regularly. However, JSP does not recommend using any head protection beyond ten years from the date of manufacture. Receiving a helmet manufactured one or two years ago is completely normal, as helmets are produced in batches and not on demand like perishable goods. For safety, always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for inspection, maintenance, and timely replacement. Please refer to the guidance provided by manufacturer in Useful Documents section.
