- TOUGH HDPE HELMET SHELL - In tests the EVO2 hard hat proved far tougher than the EN397 standard required and far tougher than any of its competitors.
- CHAMLON SWEATBAND - Egyptian cotton core with porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. PH neutral, dermatologically tested.
- 3D PRECISION FITTING - Never before has such a precise fit been attainable on an industrial safety helmet, using the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings. Circumference 53cm - 64cm.
- ONETOUCH SLIP RATCHET - The OneTouch Slip Ratchet version of the EVO2 is so simple to fit that it can be adjusted with just one finger.

PLEASE NOTE: All JSP helmets are recommended for use within 10 years of manufacture. Safety hard hats have a shelf life of up to five years if stored in appropriate conditions (protected from extreme temperatures, moisture, and light). Once they are put into use, they have a recommended maximum lifespan of five years, provided they are properly maintained and inspected regularly. However, JSP does not recommend using any head protection beyond ten years from the date of manufacture. Receiving a helmet manufactured one or two years ago is completely normal, as helmets are produced in batches and not on demand like perishable goods. For safety, always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for inspection, maintenance, and timely replacement. Please refer to the guidance provided by manufacturer in Useful Documents section
