Fully tested and certified to the U.S. National Institute of Justice standards for NIJ Level IIIA and STANAG 2920 V50 fragmentation through independent rigorous laboratory testing as well as physical and environmental performance assessment. Made from aramid bound in a thermoplastic resin, the PASGT is lightweight (1.4 KG Large) and includes a comfortable internal suspension system that is fully adjustable to suit the full range of head shapes. Made in the UK, this helmet is a combination of years working with new ballistic materials and consumer feedback to provide the latest innovations in protective headgear ideal for high threat zones including Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.
